Without our colleagues, One Stop just wouldn't be One Stop. We're passionate about creating an environment where they can do just that. It's our responsibility to look after each stage of sourcing and building a store, as well as overseeing our estate renovation. We manage it all - from evaluating a potential site to building the store itself and maintaining it once it’s opened.

In Supply Chain, we’re passionate about giving our customers what they want, when they want it. Our aim is to get thousands of products to the shelf edge so that we can satisfy millions of customers every week – simply put: right product, right place, right time. Our Product teams work across our food and general merchandise categories, covering all stages of the product lifecycle, making sure that we have the products that customers want in our stores.

Finance offers a huge variety of roles & specialisms across the business. You could join our team of auditors, work with property experts to make sure money is spent wisely or join our Financial Accountants making sure the numbers add up & our end of year runs smoothly. Within IT there are many different and exciting opportunities from development roles, field based installation roles to helpdesk and support roles which are at the heart of keeping our Stores and Distribution Centres running.

As we continue to transform as a brand, customer engagement is more important than ever. We need to make sure that what we show and offer customers is constantly relevant, and we don’t bombard them with clutter. When we say customer engagement is important, we really mean it. Our Retail Operations and Business Support teams are at the heart of One Stop, making sure that everything runs smoothly and safely for both our customers and colleagues.
