About the team
F&F is a dynamic and innovate place to work. The teams are full of colleagues who are enthusiastic, conscientious and energic, which makes F&F such a great place to work. We work at a fast pace but balance this with a decisive, creative and energetic work environment.
Working as a Buyer
The role of a fashion Buyer at F&F is to deliver the marriage between love of products and creativity whilst demonstrating an analytical way of thinking. At F&F a buyer will be liaising with different stakeholders and suppliers to deliver a strong product offer, which also meets the business needs in terms of margin, profit, delivery, marketing and store capabilities. It is an exciting role with no day the same, which makes this an ever changing and evolving role.
Working with suppliers
At F&F we work closely with suppliers to ensure we are delivering the latest trends, souring new fabrics and negotiating the best prices we can achieve. Communication is key, daily we will be working across design, merchandising, marketing and technical teams to ensure we are delivering the best product and service for our customers.
