Here at Tesco, things in maintenance look a little different than you might imagine.

Whether we’re solving tricky tech problems or fixing broken bits, we keep Tesco’s stores, offices and warehouses safe. We maintain and repair pretty much everything, which means we have lots of opportunities to learn. And we get our own van, toolbox and uniform. All we’ve got to bring is our love of problem solving, and our technical know-how.
Managers
We manage big teams of technicians, and help them get the job done. For us, it’s all about inspiring our teams and giving them the tools they need to do their best work. We also find ways to make things more efficient for everyone. And we work with stakeholders throughout the business to make sure repairs get done quickly, and to a high standard.
