As a UX Design Manager at the UK’s largest supermarket, you’ll be pivotal in shaping experiences that help millions of people shop better. Reporting to our Head of Design for Loyalty & Support, you’ll be leading a talented design team focused on strengthening our relationship with customers.
As a natural leader, you’ll inspire your team to discover the possibilities in every opportunity, from large groundbreaking projects on big budgets to quick wins. You’ll guide them to craft intuitive and effortless solutions that improve every stage of a customer’s shopping journey. You’ll weigh business goals with user expectations, prioritising projects that’ll have the greatest impact. And you’ll strengthen a team culture that values people from every background.
Audiences don't get bigger or more diverse than this. So, we’re looking for a smart, empathetic creative with a real a passion for craft and design and phenomenal story-telling skills. Someone who champions a human-centred approach to problem-solving throughout all stages of the discovery and design process. And who can drive collaboration with some of the finest UX and UI designers, researchers, UX writers, service designers, data and analytics experts, product managers and developers.
