You will be responsible for

  • Time management and coordination between Store Design team and stakeholders of change initiatives asked of Store Design
  • Building strong stakeholder engagement with the business area impacted by the change to ensure understanding of their deployment requirements and be set up for success when landing the change
  • Creating programmes, managing workflow system and coordinating all change management activities applying a structured change methodology
  • Providing project plan status updates to Head of Store Design
  • Working alongside Store design managers with Brand Expression and POS teams to ensure comms supports brand, deployment plan and approach
  • Working with Store design managers to deliver What Good Looks Like & standards for all training delivery required to support successful deployment of the change.
  • Working alongside Store design managers and the project team to ensure that timelines are aligned and assessing readiness for deployment of change
  • Management of risks and issues and development of agreed mitigation plans escalating to Head of Store Design as appropriate
  • Applying frameworks and methodologies to design, develop and deliver change programmes

You will need

  • Previous or current experience working within a grocery retailer
  • Experience delivering change initiatives
  • Practitioner experience in Change Management methodologies
  • Experience working in a retail environment across Stores & Head Office
  • Category management
  • Project planning.
  • Communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Progress monitoring.
  • Risk & issue management
