The Scrum Master will operate within a consulting role as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach on agile implementations.

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and development teams to improve understanding and performance
• Educate and coach team members and business stakeholders in Agile principles and practices
• Build a truly effective and collaborative team culture
• Be an active part of fostering Agile knowledge throughout the organisation

• Thorough understanding of the fundamental principles behind Agile approaches with first-hand experience of Agile projects.
• In depth knowledge of one or more Agile project management frameworks preferably Scrum
• First class communication skills
• Great team motivational and leadership skills
• Be able to relate to both business and technology people
• Workshop leadership and facilitation, including Agile retrospectives
• Expert at gathering and communicating Agile metrics
• Agile mentoring and coaching skills
