Our Commitments

You’ll find our colleagues working hard in every corner of our stores. Whether they’re helping customers find their way around, keeping things tidy and organised in the aisles, or supporting each other to do a great job, everything they do helps improve store performance.
Shift leaders
Our shift leaders oversee things from the shop floor, running duty shifts and coordinating colleagues to deliver a great experience for our customers. They work closely with team managers and store managers to improve the running of their store.
Team managers
Our team managers’ number one priority is their team. Training them, coaching them, and supporting them. They make a lot of decisions when it comes to how the store is run. And work closely with store managers to keep an eye on our competitors.
Store managers
Store managers oversee everything: from colleague recruitment and training, right the way through to reporting on store performance.
