Our career paths crossed 5 years ago when after Sarah’s maternity leave we had the opportunity to job share in our current role. It’s made a big difference, and given us both the chance to continue with a fulfilling career that we love and also enables us to spend quality time at home with our families.

In product development, we work on delivering great products for our customers from concept through to launch. 

Taking initial ideas and working with our suppliers, to then seeing how the products are made in the factory before finally ended up on the shelves - it really gives us and the team a sense of achievement.  We love the fact we create and develop products that customers use every day.

Between us we have 34 years’ service and two children each. During this time we have individually both progressed in our careers across several different areas of the business.
