When and why did you chose to join the BAME Network?

I discovered this network fairly recently, and it sounded like a great opportunity to network with other groups across Tesco & share views on various different and interesting viewpoints

Why is it exciting to be part of the BAME Network?

It is great being part of this network as it brings together parts of Tesco where I would not usually connect with as part of my role, so it is a great collaboration opportunity for hearing different experiences

What has been your favorite experience through the BAME Network?

The ability to connect with other like-minded individuals within the Tesco community

Has the BAME Network helped you learn/develop/grow at Tesco?

Absolutely, I have felt welcome from people across the board since day 1 of joining Tesco

What advice would you give to people who are thinking about joining Tesco?

If you are looking for an employer who treats you well, while developing yourself & contributing to many interesting projects, Tesco Technology is definitely the place for you.
