Application process
To apply for a festive colleague job in one of our stores, you'll need to register with us and create a profile. You can keep your profile up to date with your latest skills and experiences. Take a look below to see what you can expect from the application process.

Complete the online application form for the role you like. This involves a few basic questions and a test to see how you would react to certain situations. You will also need to submit your right to work documents. We'll then review your application to see if you have what it takes to be a Tesco festive colleague.
Stage 2
If successful we will invite you in for an interview which is a great chance to meet the team and for us to get to know you better.
Stage 3
At your interview we'll ask you some questions. After the interview you'll have the opportunity to ask us some questions about what its like to work at Tesco during the busy festive period, this will give you the opportunity to decide if Tesco is right for you!
